The website forms (registration, contact, exhibiting request, partnership request, press accreditation) only collect what is needed to process your request: identity, contact details (email, phone), organisation where applicable, attendee type, region of origin, sector, and the content of your message or application.
No data is collected without your knowledge and no profiling is carried out.
Purposes
Your data is used solely to process your registration or request, issue your badge, send you practical event information (confirmations, arrangements, official announcements), follow up exhibiting and partnership requests, and produce anonymous attendance statistics.
Recipients
The data is intended for the organising team. It is never sold, rented or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
Retention period
Data is kept as long as needed to organise the 2026 edition, then archived or deleted at the latest after the following edition, unless the law requires otherwise or you request deletion.
Your rights
Under Senegalese law no. 2008-12 on the protection of personal data, you have the right to access, rectify, object to and delete your data.
